INCOGEN Pharma User Describes Productivity Gains
Uses VIBE, GenePort and Professional Services

Williamsburg, VA.  March 2, 2005

On March 18 at noon Eastern Time the Director of Discovery at a US-based Pharma company will give a webinar describing the impact of tools and services from INCOGEN on their scientific productivity.

This Pharma company chose INCOGEN some years ago to increase Bioinformatics usability and productivity by implementing the VIBE and GenePort software products in a bioinformatics system that was customized for them by the INCOGEN Professional Services Group.

“This is a great illustration of how the pieces can all fit together,” said Maciek Sasinowski, Ph.D., founder and CEO of INCOGEN. “This fast-growing Pharma company has gotten a large, measurable productivity increase by making the most of the INCOGEN products and services they selected.”

Productivity gains have been promised for years by makers of Life Science Discovery software tools but those gains have often been illusory or, at the least, very hard to quantify. In this upcoming webinar, real-world metrics will be shown that can serve as benchmarks against which the webinar participants can compare their own results.

The webinar is jointly promoted by INCOGEN and Sun Microsystems. For more information about the webinar, including registration, please visit: http://www.incogen.com/sunWebinar
